Biography
Robert E.L. Bennett is a 1975 graduate of the University of Washington. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Puget Sound Law School in 1979 (Seattle University School of Law since 1994). Shortly after joining the Washington State Bar in May, 1980 he opened his solo law practice at 1614 Washington Street, Vancouver, Washington, where he continues to practice law.

Biography
Attorney Rachel has represented petitioners in thousands of guardianship and vulnerable adult cases.
She also represents guardians, including professional guardians, trustees, and other fiduciaries. Rachel is the co-founder and current president of the Clark County Bar Association Guardianship and Elder Law Section.
Attorney Brooks is a board member and secretary of Southwest Washington Elder Abuse Prevention Coalition (“SWEAP”) and represents SWEAP on the Elder Justice Center Board. Rachel serves on the board of the Clark County Law Library.
