Attorney Mark Fisher joined Howes Law firm, P.C. in 2019. Prior to joining Howes Law Firm Mark practiced law with Nidey Erdahl Fisher Pilkington & Meier, PLC for over 11 years. Since entering the practice of law in 2007 Mark has practiced extensively in the area of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Juvenile Law. In addition, Mark has done a substantial amount of appellate work, both in State and Federal Court.
Attorney Mark Fisher is a graduate of Arizona State University and the University of Iowa College of Law. He is also a trained mediator.

John W. Pilkington is a University of Iowa College of Law graduate (2011). His Bachelor of Arts degree was in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa in 2007. Mr. Pilkington has worked as a lawyer with the Nidey Erdahl Fisher Pilkington & Meier law firm since his admittance to the bar following graduation from law school. 70% of attorney Pilkington’s practice is devoted to litigation, including civil litigation.
Notes
John grew up on a family farm in Iowa County where he developed the traditional values and work ethic. Outside of the law, John enjoys golfing, baseball, and is an avid Hawkeye fan.
