Workers Compensation Attorney Benjamin Gerber is an experienced trial lawyer focusing his law firm practice on helping those who have been injured on the job. He is also a founding partner of Gerber & Holder.
Law Education
Ben graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School. While in law school, it was at the Consumer Affairs Clinic where he first began helping individuals stand up to big corporations. Attorney also had legal internships at the Department of Justice and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Attorney Gerber then moved back to Georgia in 2001 and began his career working for insurance defense firms. He learned what the strategies and motivations of insurance companies were while trying cases on their behalf. In 2004, he was recruited to a firm that represented plaintiffs in personal injury and workers compensation cases.
Ben started his own Atlanta-based law firm in 2010, determined to provide superior representation for those who were injured on the job and required assistance in navigating the complex Georgia workers’ compensation system. In 2012, he expanded his law firm practice and opened a second office in Athens, GA.
Attorney Gerber has now joined forces with well-respected Atlanta workers’ compensation lawyer Tom Holder to give clients the best possible legal representation in their work injury case. Together they are perhaps the most successful workers compensation lawyers in the Atlanta metro area.
