Biography
Miss. Mandy began working for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mandy spent years trying numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. Attorney Mandy Miller then accepted a position in the appellate division, where she authored over 125 appellate briefs and writs of habeas corpus on issues concerning everything from misdemeanors to the death penalty. She has also successfully argued before the Texas courts of appeals and the Court of Criminal Appeals on several occasions.
As a defense attorney, Attorney Mandy Miller has shown that she is not afraid to force the State to meet its high burden at trial. She has also been successful in having a death row prisoner’s execution halted, and had two clients’ death sentences reversed and returned to the trial court for a new trial.
Mandy’s legal practice focuses solely on criminal defense, both at the trial and post-conviction level. No attorney can guarantee you a result in your criminal case, but if there is a legal problem with how the police or prosecutors handled the charges against you, Mandy will find it. Before agreeing to representation, you and Mandy will thoroughly discuss the case, the evidence against you and what result you would like to see. This consultation is at no charge to you.

While we represent individuals injured in auto, truck and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and workers compensation claims, over the past 25 years I have concentrated my practice in representing victims of construction site accidents. This would include falls on construction sites, injuries caused by the negligence of a general contractor, property owner, or other trade or subcontractor. We have had great success in prosecuting crane and forklift injury claims. We represent people, who have been injured by dangerous construction related and consumer products.

Biography
Peter MIlwid is a 25 year veteran bankruptcy practitioner. He began the bankruptcy firm in 1987 and has specialized exclusively in consumer and small business bankruptcy ever since.
At Mile High Bankruptcy, we help people through every stage of the bankruptcy process, from making a responsible decision whether or not to file, to helping people restore their access to credit after discharge
Notes
We recommend Chapter 7 for nearly all of our clients who stand to benefit from bankruptcy. It’s faster, less expensive, and more complete than Chapter 13, the repayment plan approach that takes three to five years to fully perform.
Even people with relatively high household incomes sometimes qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief. Because Colorado offers debtors in bankruptcy one of the most generous asset exemption plans in the United States, very few people will need to turn property over to a bankruptcy trustee.
Peter Milwid is a veteran bankruptcy attorney who founded the Firm in 1987.
At Mile High Bankruptcy, we understand that the decision to file for bankruptcy is a very important one. If bankruptcy isn’t right for you, we’ll advise you accordingly and help you find other ways to resolve your debt pressures. If it makes sense for you to file for bankruptcy, we’ll show you how to use this legal and financial tool to get the most out of it.
We also understand that many people hesitate to file for bankruptcy out of embarrassment or guilt. Because a discharge of debts is a legally protected right, we can help you get past your reservations if we’re convinced that bankruptcy is in your best immediate and long-term interests.
