Attorney Jacqueline Mittelstadt has nineteen years of experience in environmental law, land use, governmental relations, and real estate law. She has extensive trial experience including a recent construction defect award in excess of 1.2 million dollars.
As an attorney for the City of San Diego, Jacqueline gained significant experience in all phases of project development from land acquisition, conceptual and environmental development, permit acquisition through construction completion and dispute resolution. Her emphasis included land development, compliance with CEQA and NEPA, and all aspects of private and public project development.
Attorney Jacqueline Mittelstadt advised on numerous high profile projects including development, construction and financing of Petco Park, the City’s New Main Library, the Central Animal Shelter, the Balboa Park Activity Center, the Tijuana River Valley Project.
