Biography

Susan represents clients in commercial and intellectual property litigation, in textrial and appellate matters. Attorney Cannon Kennedy represents plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property lawsuits across the country, including patent, trade secrets, and trade dress claims. Biography

Mr. Larson is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and to the Federal and Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Jewish Bar Association, the Celtic Bar Association, and the William P. Gray Legion Lex American Inn of Court.

In addition to being licensed as an attorney in California, Mr. Larson also continues to hold a Professional Engineering License in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Biography

I have always fought for the rights of those entangled with criminal charges in a sometimes abusive criminal justice system.

I began my legal career at the Office of the Palm Beach Public Defender, where I defended thousands of clients with charges ranging from second degree misdemeanors to felonies punishable by mandatory life imprisonment. During that time I gained invaluable trial experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system. I had dozens and dozens of trials during that time period, nearly all with favorable outcomes for my clients.

I used that time to learn how to be an experienced trial attorney and skilled and creative legal researcher and writer. I developed a special talent in finding details that other attorneys regularly miss that help me have an edge in defending his clients. I am regularly hired to replace other lawyers.

Having participated in countless trials and final violation of probation hearings, I know how to get results when negotiations fail. Furthermore, I have also drafted and argued countless motions, specifically, Motions to Suppress and Motions to Dismiss. I have successfully argued to have drugs, firearms, child pornography, and confessions suppressed, as well as various felony criminal charges dismissed.

Biography

After graduating from Wake Forest Law School in 1970, Michael J. Lewis began his practice in the Triad area. Early in his career, he obtained record verdicts in several North Carolina counties, leading him to focus his practice on personal injury law and eminent domain. As a lawyer, Michael creates a special bond with each of his clients. He enjoys solving problems and finding the best answer for his clients. His clients find him caring and interested in their well being. Since 1995, Mike Lewis has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in Personal Injury Litigation. Attorney Marchuk is a founding partner at Lanzillotti Gribben & Marchuk. Top Verdicts and Settlements

Bob has litigated many record-setting verdicts and settlements. In one of his recent cases, a $2.5 million settlement was reached in favor of the family of an 89 year-old father who died after the vehicle he was driving was struck by a school bus. Bob was able to demonstrate through video and depositions that the bus driver’s version of events did not match the evidence.

Bob’s other successes include:

$350 thousand settlement on behalf of a 40-year-old woman whose arm was scratched by a cat and required extensive surgery to repair.

Education and Associations

Attorney Marchuk is a graduate of Morton West High School in Berwyn, Illinois, and he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Monmouth College. Bob played colligate football. Bob earned his law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1974. Bob is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and, since 1977, has served as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
