Attorney Mark Fisher joined Howes Law firm, P.C. in 2019. Prior to joining Howes Law Firm Mark practiced law with Nidey Erdahl Fisher Pilkington & Meier, PLC for over 11 years. Since entering the practice of law in 2007 Mark has practiced extensively in the area of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Juvenile Law. In addition, Mark has done a substantial amount of appellate work, both in State and Federal Court.

Mr. Dzida is both an accomplished litigator and an experienced transactional attorney. He has served as lead trial attorney in over one hundred court and jury trials, and the decisions in many of his appellate cases have been published in the official reports. Mr. Dzida is also an experienced and accomplished transactional attorney, negotiating and documenting real estate and business agreements and organizing business and non-profit corporations and limited liability companies for large and small clients.
