Wallace Campbell offers our clients large-firm experience and sophistication with small-firm individualized attention.  For over 28 years, we have focused our practice on commercial litigation, especially construction and real estate development disputes.  We represent owners, developers, contractors, suppliers, design professionals and individuals in mediations, arbitrations, administrative hearings, trial court litigation and appeals.

While we provide broad experience and vigorous advocacy in litigation and pride ourselves in having achieved exceptional results for our clients, we believe that avoiding disputes in the first place and settling them where settlement is available on favorable terms are wise business practices.  We therefore assist our clients in strong contract negotiation and drafting, project oversight, strategic planning and alternative dispute resolution.  In these ways, we seek to manage client risks, control legal expenses and allow our clients, to the greatest extent possible, to focus their energies on their business, rather than on the courthouse.
