Attorney Matulewicz has represented clients in a variety of cases (e.g. murder cases, civil service hearings, divorce court, Federal Court of
Appeals and Court of Claims), in all forums and venues, including cases as far away as Maryland, Louisiana and Georgia.
When he was 27, Mr. Matulewicz was representing attorneys in their 60’s that were facing disbarment and loss of career before the Supreme Judicial Court.
Since 2012, Mr. Matulewicz has concentrated on probate administration, wills and trusts, and estate planning. The office is geared, skilled and focused on this area, utilizing the knowledge gained from his 40 years experience.
The office exclusively utilizes the services of paralegal Amy Strand, a member of MCLE, who specializes in probate administration.
