Biography

Christina von Cannon Burdette is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant in Tennessee. She concentrates her practice on probate, estate planning, taxation and corporate law, but she is also very active in family law matters including divorce, alimony, custody, and guardianships.

Attorney Burdette received her B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting (double major) from Austin Peay State University. She earned her law degree from the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee where she served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in three classifications.

She is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the State of Tennessee. In addition, Ms. Burdette is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Germantown Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Burdette worked for several years as a Tax Consultant with the public accounting firm of Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche) in Dallas, Texas, where she earned her CPA license. She later served as the Assistant Manager, Federal Tax, for Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems. After completing her law degree, Ms. Burdette practiced law for nearly six years with the Memphis, Tennessee firm of Hanover, Walsh, Jalenak & Blair.
She and her family reside in Germantown, Tennessee .

Biography

Attorney Maureen Rothschild Ditata is the current co-chairperson of the Elder Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association and serves on its Surrogate’s Court Estates and Trusts Committee and its Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee.

She also belongs to the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Long Island Chapter of the National Aging in Place Council [NAIPC], the Mineola/Garden City Rotary and the North Shore Service Group. Miss. Ditata has been honored by the Yashar Chapter of Hadassah as the 2010 Woman of the Year and serves on the Attorney Advisory Board of LIAF (the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation), on the Advisory Council of the American Heart Association and on the Community Advisory Board of The Amsterdam at Harborside, a life care community in Port Washington.

Biography

Justin Haenlein was born in Northport, Michigan and was raised in Austin, Texas and Colorado Springs, Colorado. He attained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Denver in 2000 and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 2003.

Mr. Haenlein is admitted to practice law in State and Federal courts in Colorado. During his first two years of practice, he worked as an associate for Stephen W. Monks, P.C., a general practice law firm located in Limon, Colorado specializing in criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate, and civil litigation.

In order to offer better service to his clients, he then formed Haenlein Law Firm, LLC in July of 2007, where he continues to practice law in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area as well as on Colorado’s eastern plains. Personal service and helping those in need remains an important part of Attorney Haenlein’s practice.

In addition to his private practice, he represents indigent defendants in criminal cases as an Alternate Defense Counsel. An alternate Defense Counsel is a private attorney who is appointed to represent a criminal defendant when the public Defender’s office has a conflict in a case.

In addition to allowing Attorney Justin Haenlein to help those in need, this arrangement has also given him extensive experience in criminal matters, including a wealth of felony case experience. Mr. Haenlein also represents indigent parents in Dependency & Neglect actions.

Charles M. (Chuck) Ivey, IV is an associate with Ivey, McClellan, Gatton & Siegmund, LLP. With the exception of two short stays in Lynchburg, Virginia and Central, South Carolina, Chuck is a lifelong resident of Greensboro.

Attorney Marchuk is a founding partner at Lanzillotti Gribben & Marchuk. With more than 40 years of legal experience representing individuals, corporations, and governmental agencies, Bob concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers compensation, probate and general civil litigation, as well as residential real estate and estate planning. Bob has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in Court in Illinois, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada. Top Verdicts and Settlements

Bob has litigated many record-setting verdicts and settlements. In one of his recent cases, a $2.5 million settlement was reached in favor of the family of an 89 year-old father who died after the vehicle he was driving was struck by a school bus. Bob was able to demonstrate through video and depositions that the bus driver’s version of events did not match the evidence.

Bob’s other successes include:

$350 thousand settlement on behalf of a 40-year-old woman whose arm was scratched by a cat and required extensive surgery to repair.

Attorney Marchuk is a graduate of Morton West High School in Berwyn, Illinois, and he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Monmouth College. Bob played colligate football. Bob earned his law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1974. Bob is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and, since 1977, has served as an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
