I am admitted to practice law in the State of Kansas. I represent clients in connection with estate and tax planning and the administration of trusts and estates. My experience includes developing wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, generation-skipping trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, advance directives, and limited liability companies. I also represent clients in the administration of estates before the probate court. As an element of my representation of clients in probate and trust administration, I prepare estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax returns for filing with the federal and state governments. I also assist clients with developing strategies to maximize asset protection and governmental resources (e.g. Medicaid and SSI). Additionally, I assist clients with the appointment of conservators for minors.
