Biography

Preston Bernhisel’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and other corporate matters for master limited partnerships (MLPs) and corporations, particularly in the energy industry. He has substantial experience representing issuers and investment banking firms in equity and debt securities offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings and Rule 144A transactions.

Derek James Byrne graduated from the Stetson University College of Law in 2010, where he enjoyed a thorough training in trial advocacy. Those skills were further developed and refined over the years he spent litigating in the Tampa Bay area, including marital/family law, commercial litigation, personal injury, probate litigation, and real estate. In 2015, Derek fulfilled a lifetime dream when he established his first law office as a solo practitioner. In 2018, he joined forces with Andrew Mallory to form Byrne Mallory, PLLC, a general practice law firm.

Scott W. Campbell is a founding partner in Wallace Campbell, PLLC, where he practices commercial litigation, focusing on construction and real estate disputes.
