Attorney Mark Fisher joined Howes Law firm, P.C. in 2019. Prior to joining Howes Law Firm Mark practiced law with Nidey Erdahl Fisher Pilkington & Meier, PLC for over 11 years. Since entering the practice of law in 2007 Mark has practiced extensively in the area of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Juvenile Law. In addition, Mark has done a substantial amount of appellate work, both in State and Federal Court.
Attorney Mark Fisher is a graduate of Arizona State University and the University of Iowa College of Law. He is also a trained mediator.
Mr. Fisher resides in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with his wife and two children. In his spare time he enjoys attending University of Iowa basketball and football games and spending time with his family and friends.
Eileen M. Avila’s practice of law began in 1982. At first, she conducted general litigation and later managed case litigation for the federal government. After the birth of her son in 1993, Eileen decided to devote her practice solely to family law. Attorney Eileen Avila became a certified family law practitioner through the California Board of Legal Specialization in 2001. Her practice is now 100% devoted to family law and mediation.
Attorney Eileen strives first and foremost to fully understand her client’s perspective. She provides rational advice based on the law. And she prides herself on being readily accessible to Eileen’s clients. When a client is in crisis, she will be there. Attorney Eileen M. Attorney Lieberman earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, and his law degree at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he was a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Honors Society.
Mr. Lieberman grew up in Boca Raton while going to high school in Fort Lauderdale. Attorney Lieberman and lives in Boca Raton with his wife and daughter.
